If by any chance you receive a plant that turns out to be the wrong variety, we will take full responsibility and replace it for free — our “Correct Variety Guarantee” ensures that every customer receives exactly what they ordered.

If your plant arrives damaged or does not survive long-distance shipping, we will resend a healthy replacement immediately, at no extra cost.
