1. Where will your roses be shipped from?
Our nursery is located in Yunnan, China, and we will begin shipping your roses from here. Yunnan is one of China's largest flower - growing bases and is home to Asia's largest flower trading market. Millions of roses are traded here every day and are exported to destinations around the world.

2. How soon will I receive my order?
Our average order shipping time is 5-7 days. To ensure your plants have the best chance of survival, we will ship them at the most suitable temperature. Please allow us ample time to process your plants to ensure their survival and safety. We appreciate your understanding.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders over $300. We ask that you consider the quality of the plants rather than focusing on the shipping cost. Our shipping fees are not inflated, and we take pride in providing the highest quality products to our customers.

4. Are your roses own-root or grafted?
Most of our roses are own - rooted roses, propagated through cuttings. Sometimes, we may offer grafted versions for new varieties. If you have any questions, please consult us.

5. What sizes are your plants?
Our rose plants are 2 years old and have strong roots.This means it is easy to grow and keep alive. The size of each rose sapling and the pruning length may vary by variety. The pictures are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.

6. Are your roses potted or bare root?
You will receive a healthy bare - root rose, with its roots protected by plastic packaging. We will remove the leaves and trim the stems before shipping. Therefore, your rose bush will not have any leaves or buds. Once planted in the soil, it will sprout new buds and flower buds.

7. Can you postpone the shipment?
If the weather in your area is not suitable for planting, you can choose to delay shipment without incurring any additional fees. Please contact customer service via email or inbox to discuss the time you'd like your order to be shipped.

8. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for live plants. If you receive roses that are in a non - viable condition, please send us photos of the packaging and the plant via email within 72 hours of receipt. We will send you a replacement.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept four types of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
