About Shipping
Once we have packaged and shipped out your order, your order will be shipped by FedEx or USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the day your order ships.We can’t be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Most products can be shipped on the same day, but in case of high temperature weather, in order to improve plant survival rate, we will delay the shipment of some heat-resistant products and inform you through email or other means. Please understand
To protect our roses from extreme weather changes, we usually defoliate the plant and ship bare root with limited foliage. This will help roses keep healthy throughout the shipping process. We guarantee that your roses will arrive healthy and hardy. The leaves will begin to grow within 2-3 weeks of rose.

Due to weather conditions，shipping seasons: spring, autumn, and winter. All orders from summer (June to September) will be shipped in autumn.We will ship as soon as possible.
