Toter-By-Genty Rose Plant|姗姗而来

Plants arrived in heaththy condition after travel nearly 10.000kms to Australia with well packed. I believed they will grow well. Definitely will buy again. Thank you.

I absolutely love their roses — the fragrance is incredible! Every plant is so healthy and beautiful. I’m extremely happy with my order and will definitely be buying more. Thank you!

I received this rose at the beginning of August wirh 4 healthy sized canes and a few smaller ones. The rose is leafing out beautifully. I've always had a great experience with Rose Explosion and this time was no different.

Bought 7 roses, get extra 2 more. I did put them on the pots after 12 hrs in water. They look healthy, I will put them on ground on Spring. Hope they all good. Thanks. Will buy again.

Great service, first delivery attempt was missed even though people were home.
Bit misleading on where the flowers were coming from, all signs said the Netherlands.

* Order, Shipping & Delivery Timing
I placed the order on October 22nd, and it was delivered on October 29th—exactly one week later. The rose plants arrived well packaged, which I appreciated. However, I chose to wait a few months before writing a review so I could observe how the plants grew and provide feedback that more accurately reflects their condition.

* Initial Concerns: Appearance and Size
When I received the plants, their overall condition didn’t quite match the photos on the website. In their website pictures, the roses had plenty of white roots and leafy growth. I understand that leaves are often trimmed for fall shipping, which is reasonable. But the roots raised concern—there were barely any visible white roots, just a few short, black-brown ones that didn’t look strong at the time (see my photos attached).

On top of that, while the plants matched the height shown in the website photos, they were about the same size as my own mini rose that’s under a year old. This made me wonder whether they were actually two years old or simply not well cared for before shipping.

* Healthy Growth and a Suggestion
Thankfully, the roses are now growing very vigorously, which shows they were healthy after all. Still, at the time of delivery, I was genuinely worried about whether they would survive. I think the website could be clearer about how the plants might look upon arrival, so customers can set more accurate expectations.

* Thoughtful Bonus Plants
I ordered five roses, and the seller included two bonus plants for free, which was a wonderful surprise. What impressed me even more was that these extra roses weren’t just random selections—they matched the general type and qualities of the ones I had chosen. It felt like a thoughtful gesture, and I genuinely like the additional plants they sent.

* Final Thoughts: A Truly Lovely Rose
Anyway, this Royale rose is truly lovely—beautiful, wonderfully fragrant, and an absolute joy to grow. I really love it and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

* Final Thoughts
At the moment, this Mantle Cloth rose is growing vigorously. Since it's a climber, it may take some time before it starts flowering—but I'm really looking forward to seeing it bloom.

I bought this DA Patience on 10/15/2024, and it bloomed 1/25/2025. It’s gorgeous and I love it!

I'm always happy and satisfied with every rose plant I order from this seller! Very reliable. Always healthy!

Nice goose and service is great.

Would highly recommend. Roses came packed well. Good customer service

Nice and healthy! Great communication with seller. Fast shipping. Thank you!

Received a mature own root healthy plant looking very healthy and happy. The packaging was superb, well secured and meticulous. Both plants arrived without as much as a bent branch. The seller is very consistent, reliable, very accommodating and flexible. Her plants grow fast and bloom quickly. Positive experience all around.

Love it! she’s starting to grow! Can’t wait to see her blooms!
